Autodesk C# Revit Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Customize Autodesk Revit using C# to automate 3D modeling tasks.

• Develop Revit plugins/add\-ins to enable automated placement of components such as tiles, panels, and fixtures.

• Create tools that interact with existing Revit elements, geometry, and families.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and reusability of customization code for future use cases.

• Collaborate closely with design teams to understand placement rules and modeling logic.

• Translate architectural and design requirements into technical Revit automation solutions.

• Document customization logic and provide guidance for future enhancements and integrations.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of experience in CAD customization, including at least 3+ years working with Autodesk Revit.

• Strong proficiency in C# and hands\-on experience with the Revit API.

• Deep understanding of 3D modeling concepts and geometry manipulation within Revit.

• Experience automating repetitive modeling tasks such as component placement and geometry alignment.
