HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) within HPE is looking for a dynamic and technically grounded Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role sits at the intersection of Automation, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, driving the digital agenda by maintaining, and evolving intelligent solutions that create measurable business value. This role is designed to scale to a people manager role while staying deeply connected to the technical craft — architecting solutions, enforcing governance, and championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Digital Solutions Delivery & Maintenance

  • Own the maintenance, enhancement & continuous improvement of digital solutions spanning automation, analytics, and AI
  • Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of existing digital assets while proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and modernization
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for the team, driving resolution of complex issues across the digital portfolio

Automation

  • Lead the design, deployment & maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, WorkFusion, or equivalent platforms
  • Identify and prioritize automation enhancements & sustainment across business functions, delivering measurable efficiency gains
  • Establish, maintain and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and reusable component libraries
  • Develop self healing automation framework to reduce L1, L2 support needs year over year

Analytics

  • Oversee the sustainment and governance of data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable insights and dashboards that support decision-making
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics capabilities across the organization

Artificial Intelligence

  • Lead the deployment, sustainment and adoption of AI agents and copilot solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and adjacent AI platforms
  • Stay current with the evolving AI landscape — including LLMs, generative AI models, and emerging AI tools — and evaluate their applicability to business use cases
  • Champion responsible AI practices in alignment with HPE's governance and compliance standards

Governance & Accelerators

  • Proactively identify new tools and platforms to help solve business problems and improve internal ways of working
  • Continuously evolve the delivery governance framework to ensure solutions are built with consistency, quality, security, and compliance at the core
  • Own the implementation and maintenance of delivery accelerators — reusable templates, frameworks, and components — to fast-track solution delivery and maximize reusability across the portfolio
  • Ensure all digital solutions are delivered in alignment with HPE's governance policies, data privacy standards, and architectural principles
  • Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and adoption of digital solutions
  • Maintain constant integration touch points & working sessions with HPEFS IT, HPE IT and HPE data office to comply with governance and standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  •  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–8 digital solutions professionals, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support career development for peers and Jr. individual contributors in alignment with HPE's performance management framework
  • Build team capability across automation, analytics, and AI disciplines through structured learning and hands-on project exposure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and global digital teams to align priorities and drive outcomes

What You'll Bring

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on automation, analytics, and AI
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building and maintaining digital footprints at scale within a complex enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams of 5–8 members
  • Experience working within or building delivery governance frameworks in a structured enterprise setting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Skills

  • Automation: Hands-on experience with UiPath (preferred), WorkFusion, or equivalent RPA/IPA tools.
  • Analytics: Proficient in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures). Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling) and Qlik Sense (scripting, set analysis).
  • Artificial Intelligence: Demonstrated experience building AI agents on Microsoft Copilot Studio. Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and tools such as Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms.
  • Digital Footprint: Track record of building and maintaining a broad digital solution estate — spanning multiple tools and platforms — over 8–10 years.
  • Leadership: Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more. Strong coaching and performance management skills.
  • Governance: Familiarity with delivery governance frameworks, SDLC best practices, and change management processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, especially AI/ML services.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices or experience deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or relevant AI/data disciplines.
  • Experience working in a shared services, BPO, or global delivery centre environment.
