Automation Anywhere Administrator

Job Duties: We are looking for a Senior Automation Anywhere Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360, Agent Automation, and AI-driven / Agentic Process Automation. Manage user access, RBAC, licenses, credentials, and device pools Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis Perform platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security, compliance, and audit standards Support agent orchestration, workload balancing, and execution optimization Enable and support AI Skill development within Automation Anywhere Collaborate closely with RPA developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to productionize AI-enhanced and agent-based automation solutions Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (Admin / Control Room) Experience in Agent Automation is an added advantage Experience enabling and supporting AI Skills in Automation Anywhere Exposure to Agentic Process Automation concepts and AI-driven workflows Experience managing Bot Runners, queues, schedules, and devices Knowledge of Windows OS, services, and basic networking ________________________________________ Experience with IQ Bot, Document Automation, or GenAI features Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration concepts Exposure to API integrations and AI services (REST, cloud AI services) Experience with Citrix / VDI / Virtual Machines Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure) Familiarity with ITIL processes
