Automation Anywhere Lead

7+ years of Automation Anywhere development in the enterprise software space, agile methodologies Requires minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in leading the Automation Anywhere teams, work independently or under the direction of Architect/Leadership. * Design and develop solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere Tool and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project* Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows Strong technical leadership skills in evaluating Software Solutions, and following best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns Experience in RPA infrastructure setup is a plus Good understanding of attended vs unattended robotics implementations Knowledge of OCR libraries or tools (eg., ABBYY..). Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to deliver proposals; provide user support and interact with team members and other departments Ability to build trusted relationships with team members and managers to develop solutions Flexible and agile attitude in respect to responsibilities and change that may be outside your control Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms and systems Any other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Microsoft Power Automate) - 2+ (optional) Lead Developer / Technical Lead - 2+ yrs
