Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement automation systems for manufacturing and production lines.
  

• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) and SCADA systems.
  

• Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems for automated machinery.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Software) for project execution.
  

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  

• Test and validate system performance, troubleshoot faults, and implement improvements.
  

• Maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system operation manuals.
  

• Train maintenance and operations teams on automated system use and troubleshooting.
  

• Analyze production processes and suggest improvements through automation.
  

• Support commissioning and startup activities at the site or customer premises.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
  

• Certification in Automation or PLC Programming (preferred).
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
  

• Hands-on experience with SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
  

• Knowledge of robotics, motion control, and sensor integration.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics.
  

• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and risk assessments.
  

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
