Automation engineer

Green Fields Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our automated systems and processes to optimize organizational efficiencies and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify opportunities for system improvements through automation processes.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized automation systems.
• Oversee automated manufacturing process testing to ensure its functionality and reliability.
• Assist with systems emergencies and manage maintenance operations to keep systems up and running efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their automation needs and specifications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to increase system efficiency and performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team on automation projects, ensuring that all systems are aligned with our business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in an Automation Engineer role.
• Proven experience in automating multiple platforms and application architectures.
• Knowledge of various automation tools and software like Selenium, Robot Framework, Katalon Studio, etc.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.Net.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
