Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks. The candidate should have hands -on experience in test automation for web applications and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Selenium
  

• Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases
  

• Analyze requirements and convert them into automated test scenarios
  

• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results
  

• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
  

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams for quality delivery
  

• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
  

• Ensure best practices in test automation and code reusability
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Python programming
  

• Hands -on expertise with Selenium WebDriver
  

• Experience in automation frameworks (PyTest / Robot Framework / Unittest)
  

• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
  

• Experience in API testing (REST, JSON)
  

• Version control using Git
  

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
  

Good to Have

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber / Behave)
  

• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  

• Basic knowledge of SQL
  

• Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter – optional)
  

• Knowledge of Docker is a plus
