The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test systems that ensure the quality and reliability of ADB Safegate’s airfield products. You will collaborate with global teams, support product testing, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

The Role

• Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for verification and validation of ADB Safegate airfield products.


• Test Equipment Integration: Automate test equipment setup, control, and data acquisition processes to streamline testing workflows.


• Product Testing Support: Collaborate with product development and validation teams to define, implement, and execute automated test plans.


• Data Collection & Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data collection from automated tests, including real-time monitoring and logging.


• Cloud Data Integration: Develop and maintain processes for pushing test data to cloud platforms for storage, analysis, and reporting.


• Global Collaboration: Work closely with global partners to co-develop, align, and deploy test automation solutions and best practices across regions.


• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance test coverage, reliability, and efficiency through automation.


• Test Environment Maintenance: Set up, configure, and maintain automated test environments, including both hardware and software components.


• Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including test procedures, automation scripts, and system configurations.


• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues in automated test setups, scripts, and data pipelines.

We’re Looking For Someone With

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C#, or similar) and hands-on experience with automated test systems and equipment.


• Analytical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to develop robust tests, analyze results, and identify issues or trends in test data.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and services for integrating, storing, and analyzing test data.


• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly document automation solutions and collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams.


• Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying automation opportunities and addressing technical challenges independently.
