Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled UiPath Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building, supporting, and maintaining RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath development, API integration, and UiPath Orchestrator management, along with experience in handling production support and resolving critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation workflows using UiPath Studio
• Support and manage existing bots in production, UAT, and development environments
• Handle incident management, production issues, and bug fixes within defined SLA
• Perform end-to-end testing of automation workflows (unit testing, system testing, UAT support)
• Work on API integrations (REST/SOAP) with external systems
• Manage and monitor bots using UiPath Orchestrator
• Deploy, schedule, and troubleshoot jobs in Orchestrator
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions
• Optimize existing automations for performance and stability
• Maintain proper documentation for processes, workflows, and technical designs i.e PDD and SDD
• Work in flexible working hours to support production systems when needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UiPath RPA development
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, REFramework
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator
• Good understanding of API integration (JIRA,Salesforce,GCP,slack,)
• Experience in production support and incident management
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of SQL basics for data validation
• Experience in handling multiple bots and environments (DEV/UAT/PROD)
• Good understanding of automation best practices and coding standards
• Ability to work independently and handle critical issues under pressure

Nice to Have

• UiPath Advanced Certification
• Experience with Document Understanding / AI Center
• Experience in cloud environments (GCP)
• Basic scripting knowledge (VB.NET / C#)

• Strong communication skills , add on advantage if already interacted with global teams
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
• Team player with proactive attitude
• Flexible with working hours and production support
