Automation Engineer Life Cycle Management

Provide leadership and manage a team of automation engineers. Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using standardized tools like RPA, ENABLE, MATE, and in-house tools. Manage the LCM of live automation solutions. Facilitate the implementation of global automation initiatives for managed services customers. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team. Ensure 24/7 availability of tools and automation for deployed customers within the LCM scope. Define and manage SLAs with various stakeholders for end-to-end tools and automation support. Create a productive team environment, provide feedback, and support optimal work-life balance. Drive improvement programs and plan career development for team members. Manage work level agreements, service level agreements, customer escalations, and business continuity. Contribute to stakeholder meetings and ensure process adherence within the team.
