Manager/Sr. Manager – Electrical & Automation

ATC Tires – PCR Vizag Plant

Responsibilities / Job Summary

• Availability of automation system - 98%


• Participation in Innovation forum, Kaizen and QCCs


• Direct cost reduction including (Stores & Spares cost)


• PM compliance - 100%


• LTIFR < 1

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

Competencies (Technical / Functional)

-Programming and Trouble-shooting the PLC’s, Electrical Drives(Siemens)

-Using the HMI program for Troubleshooting

-Basic maintenance of Conveyors & Robots.

-Basic knowledge on servo control system.

-Experience on Siemens automation systems

-Overall knowledge of Production Process

-Knowledge in MS office and SAP.

-Coordinate with internal customers.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E (Electrical &Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics)

Experience:

Minimum 4 yrs of relevant  Maintenance experience in Leading Process/ engineering/ Automobile /Tyre Manufacturing Industries
