Automation Sales engineer

Industry Focus: Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, Motors, VFDs)

Target Segments: OEMs, End Users, Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Manufacturers

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel within a 150–200 km radius of Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to meet or exceed regional targets as defined by management.
2. Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
3. Manage sales objectives and revenue generation efforts within the assigned territory.
4. Promote integrated automation solutions to OEMs and end customers, particularly in the automotive sector.
5. Build and execute account plans for key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
6. Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
7. Coordinate internally across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
8. Devise and implement region-specific action plans to drive sales growth.
9. Establish and maintain productive relationships with system integrators and channel partners.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote new application-based solutions.
11. Provide prompt support and engagement for customer inquiries and project requirements.

Preferred Profile:

• Customer Exposure: Experience working with End Users, OEMs, and SPM manufacturers
• Industry Segment: Preferably from the Automotive sector
• Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in industrial automation is essential; sales experience with automotive customers is highly desirable
