Automation Senior Engineer

JD for Automation position. 

1.  Design and Development: Design and develop automation solutions, including PLC programs, HMI screens, and robotics applications. 
   
2. Implementation and Testing: Implement and test automation solutions, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements. 
   
3.  Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems, resolving issues and performing routine maintenance tasks. 
   
4.  Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and maintenance, to ensure automation solutions meet business needs. 
   
5. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems, and provide training to operations and maintenance personnel. 
   
6. Low-Cost Automation: LCA Projects Knowledge & Implementation. 
   
7. PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) 
   
8.  Robotics programming (Fanuc, ABB, etc.) 
   
9. SCADA systems (Wonderware, Siemens, etc.) 
   
10. HMI development (Wonderware, Siemens, etc.) 
    
11. Networking protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, etc.) 
    
12.  Industry 4.0 Projects: Knowledge of Implementation of Industry 4.0 in Manufacturing plants & MES software knowledge and integration of machine PLC to MES software. 
    
13. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering with good Computer Knowledge. 
    
14. Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on PLC programming, robotics, and SCADA systems.
