The individual will focus on improving the automation architecture, ensuring code reusability, maintainability, and structured design. This role requires strong expertise in Core Java, Selenium, BDD frameworks, and prior experience in PEGA testing\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nAnalyse the existing test automation approach and identify opportunities for improvement in code structure, reusability, and maintainability. \nDevelop and present automation coding standards and guidelines to the wider team, ensuring clarity and adherence. \nDesign, plan, script, and execute automated test suites for the eTop application. \nCollaborate closely with developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC. \nExecute iterative test cycles, monitor and report automation results, and support the debugging process. \nContribute to quality assurance activities within an agile framework and support continuous delivery practices. \nUtilise expertise in Java and Selenium to improve automation efficiency and test coverage.\n\n## Who you are\n\nExperienced professional with 3+ years of software testing experience, including at least 1 year in PEGA testing. \nSkilled in Core Java programming and proficient in Selenium WebDriver. \nKnowledgeable in BDD frameworks and structured test design. \nCapable of understanding complex software requirements and breaking them into testable components. \nPossesses strong analytical abilities, structured thinking, and clear communication skills. \nHolds a degree in software engineering or a related technical discipline. \nSelf-driven, proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
