• Provide strategic business partnership and resolve complex inquiries from RMs
• Generate and analyze critical reports using Avaloq to inform business decisions. 
• Conduct proactive access management assessments to ensure security and operational efficiency. 
• Lead Day-1 environment assessments to guarantee a seamless transition and operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service desk workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
• Strong functional understanding of Avaloq wealth modules
