Aveva ERM Administrator (Aveva Engineering, Diagrams, E3D)

Focus: Catalog & Specs (C&S), Material Modules, and Procurement Integration

Position Objective:

Contribute to the migration of engineering catalogues, material specifications, and procurement workflows from SmartPlant Reference Data / SmartMaterials to Aveva ERM. This resource will ensure that materials data flows seamlessly from the new 3D models through to corporate procurement and fabrication systems during and after the migration.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Aveva ERM / Materials Administrator.


• Deep knowledge of Aveva Engineering, specifically C&S (Catalog & Specs) and Material Modules, and Aveva Paragon.


• Solid understanding of piping components and piping specification logic.


• Nice-to-have: Prior experience as a Smart Reference / SmartMaterials Administrator.


• Experience connecting Aveva ERM to corporate ERP systems, such as SAP.
