Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Director of Dfly International Air Hostess Training Institute

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Placement Head for our Aviation and Travel & Tourism department at Dfly International Air Hostess Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing placement strategies to connect our graduates with leading airlines and travel companies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, travel agencies, and tourism companies for placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with the training team to ensure graduates are prepared for successful placement.
• Create placement programs and initiatives to enhance student employability.
• Track placement success rates and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our graduates and build partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in placement or recruitment, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong network of contacts in the aviation and travel industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
