Job Summary:
Responsible for providing aviation training and admissions counseling, guiding students from enrollment to career readiness by combining aviation instruction with admissions support.
Key Responsibilities:

Training: Conduct training sessions on aviation fundamentals, update course materials, and assess student progress.
Admissions Counseling: Guide prospective students through program options, admissions requirements, and application processes; conduct information sessions.
Student Support: Offer academic and career counseling, assisting with resume and interview prep.
Record Management: Maintain records of student training, admissions, and counseling sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in aviation, education, or counseling.
Experience in aviation training or admissions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ideal Candidate:
A motivated professional with a passion for aviation education, skilled in both training and admissions counseling.
