AVP, Global Markets Operations

JOB PURPOSE: 

To perform all functions of Treasury Back office whilst adhering to related regulatory guidelines and internal processes. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Validate all deals concluded by Global Markets for further processing at back office. 

• Ensure all settlements within applicable cut-offs. 

• Follow up for non- receipt of all documents required as per regulations and internal 

procedures.

          •Responsible for checking and verifying transaction related documents as per bank’s Policy 

& Procedures and local regulations. 

• Prepare related regulatory reports and ensure timely submission of the same. 

• Report daily fund flows to dealer and monitor intraday liquidity. 

• Perform timely reconciliations and ensure breaks are regularized. 

• Monitor the receivables/payables to/from the clients. 

• Responsible to ensure timely and adequate funding of the clearing house and nostro accounts 

to facilitate smooth interbank settlements 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

• Experience of at least 10 years in processing, settlement and confirmation of  FX, Money Market, 

Fixed Income and Derivative trades. 

• Good knowledge of CCIL process and local regulations 

 Experienced in working on various application provided by RBI, CCIL, FIMMDA etc 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
