ARCA Alternatives is an investment platform focused on alternative investments and investment banking, with platforms spanning managed living, digital infrastructure, and sector-focused investment banking.

The Investment Banking business focuses primarily on Healthcare and Deep Tech, including hospitals, nursing chains, medical devices, nutraceuticals, clinical trials, space, defence, quantum computing, robotics and other emerging technology businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for an AVP – Investment Banking who can take investment banking mandates to market, leverage existing investor relationships, and actively contribute to capital raising and transaction origination.

This is a front-end, market-facing role requiring strong relationships across the investor ecosystem and the ability to drive conversations from mandate positioning through investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take investment banking mandates to market and drive investor engagement.


• Leverage existing relationships with VCs, PE funds, family offices, HNIs and institutional investors.


• Support and drive capital raising and fundraising mandates.


• Identify and develop potential investors and strategic relationships for mandates.


• Participate in investor discussions, presentations, roadshows and deal negotiations.


• Support senior team members in mandate origination and business development.


• Develop pitch decks, teasers, information memorandums and other transaction collateral.


• Work closely with clients, investors and internal teams through the transaction lifecycle.


• Contribute to sourcing and developing new investment banking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Fundraising or related advisory roles.


• Strong preference for candidates from boutique investment banking/advisory firms.

• Hands-on experience in fundraising, capital raising, investor outreach or mandate placement.


• Strong front-end/client-facing orientation with commercial and relationship-building capabilities.


• Experience in origination or deal sourcing will be an advantage.


• Healthcare or Deep Tech investment banking experience will be preferred.


• Strong understanding of transaction execution, valuation and investment banking processes.
