About the role
Responsible for managing the Company's interface with banks, NBFCs, co-lenders, rating agencies
and equity investors, while coordinating internally for timely and accurate flow of information.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and co-lenders for new proposals, renewals, limit
enhancements and ongoing requirements.
● Represent the company and participate in initial discussions and explain the Company's
business model, financials, growth strategy, funding requirements and management.
● Manage regular MIS, portfolio data, financial information, covenants and compliance
requirements of lenders and co-lenders.
● Coordinate with rating agencies for periodic reviews, data requirements and query
resolution.
● Manage MIS and information requirements of equity investors and support fundraising
activities.
● Understand queries raised by external stakeholders and prepare structured, point-wise
responses in a logical manner.
● Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Credit, Operations, Data, Business, Legal and Compliance
teams to obtain required information.
● Managing and Tracking Debt repayment tracker and regular covenants.
Rating Agency Coordination -:
● Manage periodic rating reviews — data room preparation, query resolution, and rating
agency relationship management (CRISIL/ICRA/CARE or equivalent).
Investor Relations
● Manage MIS and reporting cadence for existing equity investors; support fundraising
processes including data room management, investor queries and diligence coordination.
Key skills:
● Strong understanding of NBFC business, lending, co-lending and financial statements.
● Exposure to debt raising, lender/co-lender management, rating agencies and investor
relations.
● Strong Excel and analytical skill.
● Credit Risk Assessment knowledge & exposure is compulsory
● Strong Communication skills and confidence to lead the conversation independently. .
● Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up discipline across internal and external
parties..
Qualification & Experience -:
● CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred.
● Minimum 10 years overall experience, including 5+ years relevant experience in NBFC,
banking, fintech or financial services.
