We are seeking a visionary and strategic Associate Vice President – Product Design to lead the overall design function and elevate the product experience across platforms. This leadership role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive UX/UI strategy, delivering structured, intuitive, and visually compelling financial experiences.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to create high-performing, scalable solutions across Android, iOS, and Web platforms while building and mentoring a world-class design team.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive the end-to-end UX/UI strategy across mobile and web platforms
• Ensure a seamless, cohesive, and consistent user experience across all touchpoints
• Translate complex financial concepts into intuitive and logically structured interfaces

Data-Driven & Financial UX

• Design data-intensive interfaces that present financial information clearly and effectively
• Focus on usability, clarity, and actionable insights within complex workflows
• Create experiences that simplify decision-making for users

Team Building & Mentorship

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product design team
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, client-centricity, and attention to detail
• Establish clear processes, performance standards, and design best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align design initiatives with strategic objectives
• Contribute to product roadmaps and ensure design execution aligns with business goals

Design Systems & Scalability

• Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency
• Drive standardization of UI components, patterns, and workflows

User-Centered Design & Validation

• Lead usability testing, user research, and feedback analysis to optimize financial workflows
• Oversee interactive prototyping and validation before development handoff

Branding & Marketing Collaboration

• Establish and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-converting landing pages, sales materials, and promotional assets
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual storytelling aligned with brand positioning

Innovation & Industry Awareness

• Stay informed on fintech trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging design technologies
• Introduce innovative design approaches to enhance product differentiation
