Title: AVP/VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Associate Partner in B2C Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and scale the B2C sales vertical from inception, overseeing all P&L aspects.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed a 20% Profit After Tax (PAT) margin.
- Conduct market analysis and lead business development and partnership initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Manage operational functions to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective resource management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with operational activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to sustain sales growth and profitability.
- Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients to support sales objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in B2C sales, strategic planning, and P&L management.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales operations, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong partnerships and negotiating effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields from a reputable institution.
