AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and automated CI/CD workflows. You will play a key role in enhancing system reliability, security, and performance across our AWS-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to enable fast, reliable software releases.


• AWS Cloud Management: Deploy, configure, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS) with a focus on scalability and cost-efficiency.


• Containerization & Orchestration: Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes (EKS).


• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Ansible.


• Monitoring & Observability: Implement end-to-end monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools to ensure system health and performance visibility.


• Scripting & Automation: Write and maintain scripts in Bash and/or Python to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.


• Linux System Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based servers in production environments.


• Incident Response & Support: Investigate and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and improve service reliability.


• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS)


• CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with Jenkins for building and managing automated pipelines


• Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)


• IaC Tools: Experience with Terraform (for provisioning) and Ansible (for configuration management)


• Monitoring: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and log aggregation tools (e.g., ELK, CloudWatch)


• Scripting: Working knowledge of Bash and/or Python for automation


• Linux: Comfortable working in Linux environments (Ubuntu/CentOS)


• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
