Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals in production support and maintenance with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth application operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Monitor application performance and system uptime
Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and maintenance activities
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
Ensure application stability, reliability, and performance

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
Hands -on experience with AWS services
Experience in production support (L2/L3)
Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Familiarity with DevOps tools
Experience working in Agile environments
