Azure Architect - Aurora CosmoDB

Experience : 10+ Years. Location : Chennai. Notice Period Immediate to 30 Days. Job Description :- Must have done design and architecture on Azure platform for at least 3-4 years.- Architecture Document, views.- Failure Mode Effect Analysis.- Performance Tuning.- Capacity Planning, Azure Cost Analysis, Code Quality. Expertise in :- Azure App Service (Web App, API App).- Azure API Management.- Event Hub.- Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud-based solutions utilizing Azure services (e.g., VMs, App Services, Functions, etc.). - Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for .NET development and cloud adoption, aligning with business goals and technology advancements. - Define robust architecture patterns and best practices for building secure, scalable, and maintainable .NET applications on Azure. - Collaborate with developers to ensure code adheres to .NET best practices and leverages the full potential of Azure services. - Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase quality and maintainability. - Select and integrate appropriate Azure services to meet project requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance. - Design and implement secure solutions on Azure, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and security standards. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using tools like Azure DevOps or ARM templates. - Monitor and optimize the performance and cost-effectiveness of Azure resources. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .NET, Azure cloud services, and related technologies. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). - 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on the .NET platform (C#, ASP.NET, etc.). - Proven experience in designing and building cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. - In-depth knowledge of Azure services and their capabilities (VMs, App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.). - Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like ARM templates (a plus). - Experience with DevOps principles and practices for cloud deployment (a plus). - Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
