Azure Data & AI Sales Specialist

Job Location: Delhi/NCR

Qualification: standard+ qualifications + Azure Cloud Architect, Azure Data/AI certifications preferred

Experience (yrs): 6+ years

Desired skills/ experience required:

• Azure Solution sales background, with a 5+ years of Azure technology-stack experience, data platform & AI technologies solution sales experience preferred
• Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
• Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with business decision makers articulating and demonstrating solution propositions, specifically solutions related to the Microsoft Azure platform and/or complementing solutions.
• Ability to drive digital transformation in a highly competitive environment with proven ability to successfully anticipate market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions, with an understanding of competitive technologies to address competitive threats and navigate complex customer environments
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and master new concepts and technologies to be able to impact their adoption and usage
• Experience leading large cloud engagements.
• Technical passion with good understanding of cloud architectural patterns leveraging managed Data & AI services or Platform-As-A-Service offerings.
• Good knowledge of state of the art in Analytics, Data warehouse, AI, their trends and what competition is doing in those areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Master's preferred

Key responsibilities(min 5-6 points):

• Driving Cloud adoption and growing the Azure Data & AI services within selective enterprise accounts. Candidates with and technical background preferred.
• As an Azure Data & AI Specialist you will be a solution sales expert within our enterprise sales organisation working with our most important customers on their Data Strategy and the modernisation of their Data Estate across Operational DBs, Data, Analytics, AI Platforms and Data Governance.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of business, leading with a proactive sales approach, a high level of curiosity, deep customer understanding, and adopting a challenger mindset
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to lead the proposal or development of solutions that align with customer and Microsoft priorities. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new solutions.
• Identifies customer business needs and technology readiness. Contributes to the development of solutions in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and services. Proposes prioritized solutions that align with customers' needs. Articulates the business value of proposed solutions.
• Azure Platform Knowledge: Understanding of the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, with a focus on Azure Data & AI solutions.
• Technical Dialog: Leading technical sessions using whiteboards or other resources to drive solution discussions based on published solution architectures for common data implementations.
• Technical Demonstration: Demonstrating Azure solutions using pre-packaged Azure demo environments and live demos from the Azure Resource Manager, showcasing relevant Azure data solutions.
• Technical Frameworks: Ability to leverage technical frameworks such as the Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure to guide customers and partners through the cloud adoption journey.
