This opportunity is ideal for a skilled data engineering professional who enjoys building modern, cloud-based data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. You will contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines that support business intelligence, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Working in a collaborative and remote environment, you will leverage your expertise in Azure services and programming to deliver reliable, high-performance data platforms. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Azure services to support business reporting and analytics.
- Build and optimize cloud-based data solutions utilizing Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and related Azure technologies.
- Develop and maintain data processing applications using Python, C#, Node.js, or other appropriate programming languages.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and performance across cloud data platforms through monitoring, optimization, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data engineering solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize existing workflows, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture and engineering standards.
- Document technical solutions, data workflows, and implementation processes to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience in data engineering, software development, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python, C#, or Node.js.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data integration, cloud architecture, and scalable data pipeline development.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and implementing reliable, high-performance data solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality technical solutions within project timelines.
