Requirements

• Skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Azure DevOps and Salesforce metadata management.
  


• Configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing version control using Git, and streamlining deployment processes to ensure smooth, automated, and error-free releases.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in improving DevOps practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  


• Design and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for Salesforce deployments
  


• Manage and deploy Salesforce metadata using industry best practices and tools (e.g., SFDX, Metadata API)
  


• Implement robust Git-based version control strategies
  


• Collaborate with development, QA, and release management teams to coordinate deployment schedules
  


• Automate deployment workflows to reduce manual effort and increase reliability
  


• Monitor and resolve pipeline issues and deployment failures
  


• Document deployment processes, configurations, and best practices
  


• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline configuration
  


• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment automation tools
  


• Proficiency in Git, including branching strategies and conflict resolution
  


• Familiarity with version control workflows such as GitFlow
  


• Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs
  


• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices within a Salesforce environment
  


• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies
  


• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  


• Experience integrating static code analysis tools (e.g., PMD, SonarQube) into CI/CD pipelines
