Job Description - Azure Migration and Devops consultant

This is a one -year contractual position on the direct payroll of Bosch.

Key Responsibilities:

î¬ Strong hands -on experience with Azure compute, storage,
networking, VMs, VMSS, Load Balancers, NSGs, Firewalls, Route Tables, Private
DNS.

î¬ Expertise in Azure Landing Zone build -out, configuration,
and validation.

î¬ Hands -on experience deploying and integrating applications
with Azure SDK services such as Key Vault, Storage, and Service Bus.

î¬ Proven experience migrating workloads from on -premises or
AWS to Azure.

î¬ Practical experience with Azure Migrate, including
discovery, dependency assessment, replication, and cutover activities.

î¬ Experience onboarding, configuring, and utilizing cloud
migration tools, frameworks, and migration playbooks.

î¬ Ability to lead end -to -end migration phases independently

Proficiency in containerization using Docker, including
image creation, optimization, and registry management.

î¬ Hands -on experience with Kubernetes, preferably Azure
Kubernetes Service (AKS), for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized
applications.

î¬ Strong understanding of Kubernetes core concepts such as pods,
deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, and autoscaling.

î¬ Skilled in writing and maintaining Kubernetes YAML
manifests, Helm charts, and CI/CD deployment pipelines for AKS.

î¬ Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management,
repository governance, and end -to -end pipeline implementation.

î¬ Hands -on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
using Azure DevOps (preferred), GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.

î¬ Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using
Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates, including reusable module development and
environment standardization.

î¬ Automation using PowerShell, Shell/Bash, Azure Policy.

î¬ Knowledge of secure pipelines, secrets management,
compliance

î¬ Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory,
Azure SQL Managed Instance.

î¬ Experience integrating AKS with Azure Monitor, Log
Analytics, Key Vault, ACR, and other Azure services.

î¬ Understanding of AI Agent lifecycle management.

î¬ AI Gateway Integration for multi -agent access &
routing.

Designing effective human–AI interaction workflows.

î¬ Automation using Agentic -AI frameworks (preferred).

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

î¬ 6–8 years of hands -on experience in cloud engineering,
infrastructure modernization, or cloud migration projects across enterprise
environments.

î¬ Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including Compute, Networking,
Storage, Identity (Entra ID), Monitoring, and Security.

î¬ Proven experience in leading and executing end -to -end cloud migration
activities, including discovery, assessment, planning, execution, cutover, and
post -migration validation.

î¬ Strong expertise in building and validating Azure Landing Zones aligned with
enterprise architecture, governance, and security frameworks.

î¬ Practical experience with migration methodologies such as re -host,
replatform, and re -architect using Azure Migrate, ASR, Database Migration
Service, etc

î¬ Hands -on experience in managing migration playbooks and pipelines in Azure
DevOps, including lifecycle updates, automation, and CI/CD practices. î¬
Hands -on experience designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for
infrastructure and application deployments, including YAML pipelines and gated
validations.

î¬ Ability to troubleshoot complex build, release, and pipeline issues,
including agent configuration, environment variables, and integration failures.

î¬ Strong skills in Terraform, including writing reusable modules, managing
state, versioning, lifecycle upgrades, and implementing infrastructure
patterns.

î¬ Experience managing Git repositories, branching strategies (GitFlow,
trunk -based), pull requests, and repository metadata.

î¬ Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Shell scripting to automate operational
tasks, create tooling, and support CI/CD workflows.

î¬ Strong understanding of compliance, security, and governance frameworks for
cloud workloads—policies, RBAC, tagging standards, cost management, and Azure
Security Center.

Qualifications Educational qualification: î¬ BE, BTech, BCA,
BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)

Experience : î¬ 6–8 years of work experience in Azure
Migration and DevOps skills
