Our client is a fast\-growing B2B polished diamond trading company with an established presence across major global diamond hubs:
Mumbai, India: Core trading and client management operations
Dubai, UAE: International trading and client servicing hub
Antwerp, Belgium: Global sourcing, pricing, and distribution center
Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients including exporters, wholesalers, and manufacturers
Drive business across India and selected international markets
Achieve 10â20% year\-on\-year sales growth through active market penetration
Generate leads via:
Trade references and industry networks
GJEPC events and Mumbai Diamond Bourse activities
Databases and virtual/international trade fairs
Build and maintain a pipeline of 50+ active B2B client relationships
Track leads and opportunities using CRM systems (Zoho / Salesforce)
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Conduct regular follow\-ups, pricing discussions, and market updates
Prepare customized diamond assortments as per client requirements
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for rounds, fancies, and melee assortments
Maintain long\-term, trust\-based relationships in a relationship\-intensive trade
Engage daily with bulk buyers via phone, WhatsApp Business, email, and in\-person meetings
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure
Close high\-value B2B transactions with 10â20% gross margins
Handle RFQs with quick turnaround time to maintain competitive advantage
Coordinate pricing, order execution, and confirmations with internal teams
Maintain accurate sales records, deal terms, and client communication logs
Prepare weekly sales and performance reports including margins and conversions
Track competitor pricing and market movements
Monitor Antwerp RAP updates and Dubai market trends
Share actionable market insights with leadership for quoting and pricing decisions
Identify emerging demand patterns and new trading opportunities
Participate in national and international diamond trade exhibitions
Represent the company professionally at trade fairs and industry events
Generate leads and follow up on opportunities created through exhibitions
Ensure all transactions comply with:

ISEC registration norms
Export and trade documentation requirements
Coordinate LC\-based and export transactions to minimize turnaround time
Maintain accurate records of certificates, invoices, and shipment documentation
Work closely with Dubai and Antwerp trading teams for inventory alignment
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution
Support internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deal closure
3â6 years of hands\-on experience in B2B polished diamond sales or trading
Proven experience dealing with exporters, importers, and wholesalers
Track record of handling 500+ carat monthly trading volumes
Exposure to IndiaâDubaiâAntwerp trade flows
Prior experience with diamond trading houses in Surat, Mumbai, Dubai, or Antwerp
Retail or OTC diamond sales experience will NOT be considered
Strong knowledge of diamond grading and the 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat)
Working knowledge of GIA / HRD certifications
Familiarity with RAP pricing and market\-driven quoting
Understanding of fancy diamonds and melee assortments
Knowledge of global diamond market pricing dynamics
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills for assortment and pricing sheets
Strong negotiation and objection\-handling skills
Fluent in English; Hindi/Gujarati mandatory for market communication
Comfortable using digital communication tools and platforms
Age range: 28 â 40 years
Background from Surat or Mumbai diamond trading ecosystem
2+ years of international exposure (Dubai or Antwerp preferred)
Existing client book of 10â20 active B2B buyers (highly desirable)
Strong GJEPC industry network
Tech\-savvy approach to lead generation (LinkedIn, IndiaMART, trade portals)
Comfortable handling high\-value transactions and commercial risk
Fixed salary: â¹7 â 10 LPA (negotiable based on experience and performance)
