B2B Sales Executive

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of B2B Sales Executive in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Our client, AMSOL IT Pvt Ltd, is an organization in the IT Services & Consulting sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, field visits, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
  
• Identify, research, and qualify potential business prospects based on their requirements and sales potential.
  
• Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  
• Conduct professional product/service presentations, sales pitches, client meetings, and demo calls.
  
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle and address questions and objections effectively.
  
• Negotiate with prospective clients and drive qualified opportunities toward successful deal closure.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, including working toward the stated ₹10 lakh monthly sales target.
  
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, service delivery, and sales reporting.
  

Required Skills

1. B2B Lead Generation: Ability to generate and qualify business prospects using outbound and networking channels.
   
2. Cold Calling & Prospecting: Confidence in initiating conversations with prospective business clients and decision-makers.
   
3. Sales Pitching & Presentation: Ability to understand requirements and communicate relevant product/service value propositions.
   
4. Negotiation & Objection Handling: Capability to address concerns, negotiate effectively, and progress opportunities toward closure.
   
5. CRM & Pipeline Management: Working knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and sales-tracking tools.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience engaging directly with B2B clients and business decision-makers.
  
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and field-based lead generation.
  
• Ability to independently manage prospects from lead generation through conversion.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The posting specifies 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred. Candidates should have exposure to lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, follow-ups, and deal closure, preferably within a B2B sales environment. Experience independently managing a sales pipeline and working against defined revenue targets is preferred.
