Summary

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Executive specializing in Inside Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the Sales and Marketing sector. This pivotal role focuses on acquiring new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving aggressive sales targets through strategic prospecting and effective negotiation. The successful candidate will serve as a key representative of our brand, leveraging SaaS and digital marketing expertise to convert leads into long-term partnerships while ensuring consistent target achievement.

Responsibilities

Manage and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Drive the sales cycle for SaaS and digital marketing solutions, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and pipeline progress.
Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify high-potential opportunities and convert them into qualified deals.
Conduct professional negotiations and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and timely deal finalization.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through disciplined follow-ups and strategic outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business development goals and market trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the inside sales or SaaS environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Client Relationship Management and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Genio.
Strong background in SaaS and digital marketing sales, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on effective follow-up protocols and client engagement.
Proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and successful client acquisition.
Excellent negotiation abilities with a history of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
