Job Description - B2B Sales Manager

Business Development Manager (Field Sales) – Bangalore

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the B2B segment. The role involves end -to -end sales management, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits and cold calling to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through consultative selling and solution -based sales approaches.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure long -term engagement and retention.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth avenues within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer insights and market feedback to support product and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and CRM reporting.



Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or Corporate Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self -driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field activities.
