Roles & Responsibilities :

Receivables Management

Preparation of Provision working, AR devaluation and schedules

Process improvements, Automation & other initiatives (CIP etc.)

Implements measures based on audit reports

Monitors changes to CD (central directive) and does changes where necessary

Controls and monitors quality performance with KPI (target KPI, service delivery, service specification)

E2E processing of standard tasks (preparation/reconciliation/processing)

Accounting for general ledger, sub ledger and customer ledger 

Collaboration with respective resident and user departments in case of service request clarifications

Achievement of defined and committed KPI愀

 

Educational qualification:

MCOM/CA Inter

Experience :

1-3 Year

Mandatory/requires Skills :

B2C experience, SAP knowledge, Excel proficiency

Preferred Skills :

• Adherence to Entity/Country specific guidelines & Policies

  Timely update of DTP’s (Desktop procedures) & OMP (office monitoring procedures) guidelines

  Timely MEC/YEC and audits

  Collaboration with respective resident and user departments

  Handling/managing transitions specific to B2C

  Review and finalization of process documents

  Escalation handling and stakeholder management

  Driving the Projects specific to B2C e.g. PJMS (digital business)

  Ensuring compliance & adhering timelines
