Domain: 

Finance has launched a forecasting transformation project titled F4 (Future Fit Forecasting & FRP). This project is set to be a multi-year effort to transform our Forecasting capabilities across Planning, Stress Testing and Treasury to be best in class. The priorities in 2025 & 2026 include developing an NII calculator, developing a RWA/ECL calculator , automating Capital Management ratio analysis, developing a framework for driver-based planning & forecasting, setting our system blueprint and strategy and uplifting our forecasting processes and controls.

The role scope : • Work as a Business Analyst to understand current as is processes, design and the changes being proposed, develop and embed the solutions. • Closely collaborate with IT and BAU Finance teams, liaising with all levels of management to define problem statements, convert these into detailed requirements • Collaborate with teams across Finance to ensure the solutions being built work for them • Work within an agile environment to deliver change at pace

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: • Very Strong Business analysis experience • Expertise in and experience of planning, forecasting and analysis (preferably within Client) • Good knowledge of driver-based forecasting processes and data requirements. • Experience of managing complex data sets • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to define problem statements, convert these into detailed requirements and create a delivery plan • A good understanding of the change framework and how to establish good governance for projects • Working understanding of SQL, SAS and/or Python would be an advantage
