Job Description - Back -End Developer

5+ years of professional work experience as a Back -End Developer with detailed

knowledge of Java and Spring Boot framework

â Knowledge of persistence mechanisms such as JPA/Hibernate

â Experience of Relational and Non -Relational databases, including strong SQL

â Strong background in building RESTful services

â Familiar with messaging and event driven architectures

â User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and

environments

â Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

â Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

â Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs.

desktop, and optimising output to match the specific platform

â Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

â Experience with Azure or similar cloud services

â Experience in version control like github or gitlab

â Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive

â Well versed in practising agile scrum and providing professional development for the

members of the Back -End Chapter

â Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

â Creating low level designs and base architecture

You might also have:

â Experience using cloud technologies like Azure, including serverless, is desirable

â Previous experience in App and Web application is desirable

â In -depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development, and

deployment)

Additional Details:

Communication: Strong communication skills are essential.
Work Timings: Primarily aligned to UK hours; however, a
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule can also be considered.
