Back Office Executive (Data verification)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize patient data from multiple sources
• Track imaging studies and ensure all required information (demographics, modality, physician inputs) is complete.
• Ensure accurate documentation of study times, modality types, scan details, and referring physician data.
• Monitor and manage the transfer of DICOM images, reports, and patient records between imaging centers, hospitals, and teleradiology platforms.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and local data protection regulations.
• Maintain audit trails for all data collected and transferred.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate data accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in science (preferably with Biology specialization).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years; prior experience as a Medical Editor or Medical Transcriptionist is a bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and data entry systems.
• Sense of responsibility, strict adherence to timelines and ability to work independently with accuracy.
