• Willingness to work night shifts (6PM IST to 6AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts

• Updating and maintaining customer account information in client applications
  
• Working night shifts (6PM IST to 6AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts
  
• Location – Chennai
  
• Engaging in a hybrid work structure
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Managing the bank's branch requests and maintaining relationships
  
• Basic knowledge of mutual funds would be advantageous
  
• Taking action and responding to ad-hoc requests and escalations promptly
  
• Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from commercial bankers, bank customers, and prospects
  
• Willingness to learn with limited training and complete knowledge of unique client databases/applications designed by the company
  
• Meeting/exceeding customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality and TAT
  

• Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of work experience in the international banking industry
