Job Description - Backend Developer

Hunarstreet Technologies, a leading company in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, is seeking a talented Backend Developer to join their team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the backend infrastructure of the company's products. You will be responsible for developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness from the server. If you have a strong background in Node.JS and MVC framework like Express.JS, along with knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.JS and core modules
Utilize MVC framework like Express.JS to build scalable and maintainable backend applications
Implement architectural patterns like MVC, HMVC, and Clean Architecture
Work with data storage technologies including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software modules
Use GIT version control and repository clients like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket for code management
Gain basic experience in AWS serverless development, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions
Preferred experience in Backend Technologies like Go and Python
Experience in GraphQL API Implementation is a plus
Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger and Postman is a plus
Knowledge of Promise-based ORM like Sequelize is a plus
Experience in Sail.JS is a plus

Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum of [X] years' experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent understanding of software development principles and practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
