Backend Developer Lead

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js
  
• Build and consume RESTful APIs in a microservices-based architecture
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high code quality and clean architecture
  
• Work with MongoDB or Cassandra for database management
  
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using Jenkins and Git workflows
  
• Assist in deploying applications to cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
  
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
  
• Gain exposure to AI/ML projects where applicable
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
  
• Proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and REST APIs
  
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and basic experience with Cassandra
  
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably GCP)
  
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD, and Git-based collaboration
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• Interest or basic exposure to AI/ML/Computer Vision technologies (nice to have)
