About the Role 🙌

As a Backend Engineer at Reo.Dev, you will play a key role in designing and building robust backend systems that power our core revenue intelligence platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver features with real impact for global customers.

What will you be working on?

• Architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance backend services

• Designing APIs and microservices used by our platform

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new features

• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Optimizing performance and scalability of backend systems

• Leveraging AI and automation for modern backend workflows

• Owning your projects end-to-end: concept → design → shipping → learning

What we’re looking for

• Experience in building and scaling backend systems (preferably SaaS or cloud products)

• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, Go, Java)

• Familiarity with API design (REST, GraphQL, etc.)

• Solid understanding of databases, caching, and cloud infrastructure

• Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow automation is a plus

• Startup or hands-on product experience highly valued
