Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nGBS Treasury Business Services (TBS) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Specialist whose main responsibilities will be to ensure accuracy and completeness of all bank postings in SAP, perform daily clearing of bank GL in SAP, investigate and resolve discrepancies, finalize monthly bank reconciliations and performing applicable Sox controls.\n\n \nKEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\\- Daily clearing of Bank GL\u0027s in SAP. \n\\- Preparation \u0026 Posting of B* documents and bank JV. \n\\- Bank statement posting in SAP via program FF67 \u0026 D57 \n\\- Follow-up with site treasury for un-reconciled bank postings. \n\\- Reconciliation of bank balance in SAP with the bank statement. \n\\- Follow-up with GBS teams for the pending SAP postings. \n\\- Follow-up with CFC for MT940 batch error postings in SAP. \n\\- Providing audit support for any Bank Reconciliation related queries. \n\\- Finalizing bank reconciliations after the month-end and getting them approved. \n \nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES: \nEducation : Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) \n \n\u2022 2-3 years of experience in Bank Reconciliations in SAP. \n\u2022 Skills to perform and flourish in a Shared Service environment. \n\u2022 Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), well organized and ability to take initiative. \n\u2022 Strong ability to multi-task and effectively manage own workload, prioritizing effectively and consistently meet deadlines; \n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
