Job Title: Banking Operations – Loans, CASA & LMS

Location: Mumbai – Ghatkopar

Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for Banking Operations professionals with hands -on experience in Loans, CASA, and LMS processes. Candidates will get opportunities to transition into IT Manual Testing exposure within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end -to -end Loan processing (Login to Disbursement to Closure)
Working experience in Loan Management System (LMS)
Managing CASA operations and account servicing
Documentation verification and compliance checks
Transaction processing, reconciliation, and query resolution
Involvement in UAT / Manual Testing activities (as part of role exposure)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding of banking operations
Interest in moving towards IT / Manual Testing
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work from Mumbai (Ghatkopar) location
