Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to café standards.
  
• Take customer orders and ensure prompt service delivery.
  
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and café area.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
  
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.
  
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
