Job Description

We are hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed café in Oman. Candidates should have excellent coffee-making skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, and other hot & cold beverages to high quality standards.
  
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality.
  
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  
• Operate the cash register and handle cashiering activities accurately.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
  
• Follow company standards for food safety and hygiene.
  
• Manage customer orders efficiently during busy hours.
  
• Maintain stock levels and report inventory requirements.
