Job Description - Batching Operator

Check the Bin stock report based on that issue RM Request to Dumping supervisor

Check and verify the Available floor stocks of RM and premix materials

To take trail Run of all machineries Before start the batching operation & Select the bin distributor with respect to RM

Do the batching as per the production plan & Reconcilate the RM deviation against the set weight of formulation if any deviation found correct it immediately and eliminate batching Errors

Monitor the sequence of production operations from RM dumping to FP packing

Idle Run & Check - there should not be any cross contamination (Empty Run for 5 Min)

Empty Run the Elevator & Check - there should not be any Load (nor) any Cross Contamination (Empty Run for 5 Min)

Empty Run the Precleaner & Check - there should not be any Threads/Ropes/Stones (nor) any Cross Contamination

Clean the Magnetic Sleeves & collect impurities if any handover to Quality.
