Job Description - BD & Sales (Digital)

BrandCrest Holdings is a diversified business group committed to building agile, high -impact brands across India’s evolving business landscape. We operate through two key verticals:
  • AdCrest – Our full -stack advertising and marketing powerhouse, offering services across brand activations, OOH, transit, influencer, video, and digital marketing under specialized sub -brands.
  • FinCrest – Our financial advisory and compliance services vertical, delivering tax consulting, regulatory guidance, virtual CFO solutions, and business finance strategy to startups and enterprises.
About the Role:
This is a full -time on -site role for a Business Development & Sales Executive (Digital) located in Bengaluru. In this position, you will focus on driving digital advertising sales, engaging with clients, and providing strategic digital marketing guidance. Your responsibilities will include client acquisition, campaign consultation, digital strategy development, and sales target management. You will work closely with cross -functional teams to deliver high -performing digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition:
  1. Identify and target potential clients looking for creative and digital marketing solutions.
  2. Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies using digital platforms, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry -specific targeting.
  3. Build a strong pipeline of leads within defined market segments and industries.
  • Consultative Digital Selling:
  1. Understand clients’ business goals, marketing funnels, and digital growth challenges.
  2. Offer customized digital advertising solutions such as Social Media Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic Advertising, SEO/SEM, Digital Branding, and Performance Marketing.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations backed by digital trends, analytics, and market insights.
  • Relationship Building:
  1. Build and maintain long -term relationships with clients through continuous engagement.
  2. Serve as a trusted digital advisor, conducting periodic performance reviews and proposing optimization or upsell opportunities.
  3. Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
  • End -to -End Sales Process Management:
  1. Manage the full digital sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, pitch presentations, negotiation, to contract closure.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to create data -driven proposals, media plans, and performance projections.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities in the company’s CRM.
  • Digital Market Research:
  1. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad -tech innovations, social media updates, and search algorithm changes.
  2. Translate market knowledge into actionable sales approaches.
  3. Analyze competitive strategies and emerging digital tools to provide clients with forward -focused insights.
  • Cross -functional Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with digital marketing, creative, content, and account management teams to build holistic digital advertising strategies.
  2. Ensure campaigns align with client goals—whether branding, lead generation, website traffic, or performance -driven KPIs.
  • Sales Targets:
  1. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team digital sales targets.
  2. Take full ownership of revenue generation and contribute to the company’s digital business growth.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  1. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the sales leadership team.
  2. Highlight progress, challenges, market opportunities, and recommendations for improved sales efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning:
  1. Stay informed by attending digital marketing conferences, webinars, and certification programs.
  2. Keep upgrading your knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and advertising best practices.
  • Ethical Sales Practices:
  1. Follow the company's ethical standards, data privacy guidelines, and compliance requirements in all digital sales processes.


Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience: 2 -3 years of experience in sales with a strong focus on digital marketing solutions.
Experience with agencies or Digital Marketing firms is an added advantage.
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
