Job Description - BDE


We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment agency sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities



  • Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.

  • Identify and approach prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.

  • Schedule and attend client meetings, both virtual and onsite.

  • Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and service agreements.

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.

  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular business reports.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications



  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment or Staffing Agency.

  • Strong client acquisition and lead generation skills.

  • Experience in staffing, recruitment services sales, or HR solutions sales.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing industry trends.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
