About the Opportunity
Mindtel is a dynamic, growth-oriented technology solutions provider operating at the intersection of SaaS, B2B enterprise sales, and digital transformation. We empower mid-market and enterprise clients across India with tailored technology stacks, automation tools, and customer-centric engagement models. As we scale nationally, we’re seeking energetic, hungry, and customer-obsessed BDEs to build pipeline, drive discovery, and convert leads into long-term client partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and engage potential enterprise clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach to generate qualified leads.


• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, budget cycles, and tech stack requirements.


• Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and pass HOT opportunities to the sales leadership team.


• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/ Salesforce) with call notes, follow-ups, and deal stages.


• Coordinate demo scheduling and support pre-sales technical briefings with product specialists.


• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings set, and pipeline generated.
